I painted the underside with reflective aluminum paint, and yes it improved the light output somewhat (of course it restriced light output to the sides; but that'* the whole point). Top side is painted to match the car.

i installed complete underbody kit. sides were easy. mounted them inside rockers. rear is very hard considering the exhaust is in the way but its mounted behind the heat shield. its hard to get a good glow on the rearbut it does light up. front...well u can figure that out.lol

For the rears, i made a bracket that bolts to the main bumper (not the cover) and holds the neon between the exhaust heat shield and bumper cover. It works so well that i have better glow in the rear than in the front.

I hear those underglow lights last a few weeks until they get wey, then there ruined. I think they came out with some new lights that have little bulbs and are water proof.Look at ur local bestbuy or curcit city for the water proof ones. They might be $ but they look good.

ccity and bby are def. not the right place to buy one of these kits.
atleast at the ccity i worked we didn't have anything just fast and furious ones... same as the bby too.
