Hi there friend =0) Being a nice guy, I'll ask..how much are you willing to sign on for?
How about relocating the fog light switch. Making it a switch that fits the interior better
Since you moved the fog light, there'* room for Homelink
Heated seats should have factory looking buttons as well, notice the added shifter button.
Does she like extra gauges?
Need more?
Sunroof switch doesn't fit once you do the other stuff
Somewhere I have a pic of adding extra cig outlets into the sides of the center console.
Autodown for the passenger side window.
Let'* not forget the aftermarket light up radio install bracket
Or the little hood for the LED (PAC SWI) to keep steering wheel controls with an aftermarket radio
Switching out the sun visors to Park Ave ones will give you a pull out piece. This piece will cover the whole door windown from front to back. Nice if you drive N to * each day.
Add to your autodimming mirror by swapping it to a Regal autodimming with lights on the bottom.
I could go on for quite some time...but would need to move to the trunk or engine bay.

Most of those things outlined above do have write-ups by me to go with them. Pics might need to be relinked and that'll be easy for me. Just point out the thread or ask if you have trouble finding any of them.
Underhood
Cam, intercooler, newer supercharger, electric water pump, upgraded trans with lower gearing, swapped from 97 pcm to 99 (along with wiring harness), larger throttle body, fender well intake, 2000+ alternator, and all the supporting things goodies for this list.
Trunk..
Lit up center tail
Also have a retractable light (late 80'* to early 90'* gm pickup under hood light) which comes in handy all over.
Like I said though..most of this stuff is documented here and I can relink pics or add more info if needed.

Most anything you want to do in a Bonneville will be custom work. Did you state what year your dealing with? From 97 up there'* a lot available for the engine. But as for body and inside things, hope your handy. If you let us know where you are, you may get luck, Bill and I both help out members from time to time. You just might have to do a little and bring

Ha, had I looked up I would have seen the 97 SSEi. I'm about 2 hours north of you or so. Just north of Milwaukee here. If you need anything and don't mind the drive.
