The covers are complete headlight covers,as are the tinted covers, but they are clear. Back in the day I was thinking of how I could make eyebrows, and I found that they made clear covers. I found them at Auto Zone. I had originally posted ideas on making 'projector' style with circles, but I decided I liked the eyebrow look the best. I painted the outside of the covers, base coat and several layers of clear. You could paint the inside so that the paint does not get chipped from stones, but I didn't have many problems with stone chips, maybe just one or two spots I had to touch up.
