My leg doesn't come close to it. Is your gas pedal farther to the right compared to mine? This doesn't stick out as far as it looks like it does. Trust me. When I did the first template and test fit with cardboard, I made sure of that.

I also had done a couple test fits in this area and while it looks like BW has little womanly chicken legs in most pictures...the space taken up isn't that much. Although for us guys over 5'4" (Wren'* height w/o his high heels on :P ) it may be a problem with the dual gauges.

I don't think you guys are grasping how much room there really is. It may look decieving on your 92-99'*, but when you actually put this thing in and drive, there'* plenty of room. 95% of the time, you probably wouldn't even know it'* there.

I usually had my knee about 1/4-1/2 way into that area in my car, unless I was using my fold out cupholder I installed kinda where you have yours.
Definetly hidden, but too far out of the line of sight for me, although they're not gauges you'd look at 24/7 either...
