I'm doing some more green/gold today while I finish up a couple other parts for members. A reverse of the Black/Silver also.
Killing on eBay? These are actually quite labor intensive now. I'm doing them very different than the first batch.
After sanding off the top of the letters, I dust it with paint again before wet sanding. Then hand-paint the "i", and clearcoat 2 coats top and bottom. Takes longer, but the effect is much better. Playing around with the metallic paint helps too.
My 'scrap' now outnumbers the potential number of finished badges by 3:1 at least. But now that I have the technique down to more of a defined process, I can burn some more blanks at work.

I still think the ZILLA could be shortened a little bit to almost match the stock badge. Looks too square like an office nameplate or something. Heres a quick PS of the original and then the shortened one.

These are made from the original graphic that Harofreak made for me. I'm not shortening it.
This started out as just a little dorking around for fun. This isn't a serious venture by any stretch of the imagination.

Yes, there are policies, but this would never (and never was intended to be) something I'd sell. I made them on my own time which is fine. To top it off, I designed and BUILT that lab, so I don't think anyone is going to shake a finger at me for making a few one-off'*.

Here'* a few more. The flash washed them out a bit. They look fantastic in natural light. Just too damn glossy for the flash.
Left row are all green on gold.
Right row are Silver on Black (top two, one reversed) and Green on silver.
