Haha, I tried that this winter for the first time, and got busted by some old guy that must own the place or run it. Man did he get cranky when I asked why I couldn't wash it with a bucket. There wasn't even any other cars there.

The place near me has a sign that says its not allowed if people are waiting. Otherwise they dont care.

Yeah, this one said no bucket washing period. I didn't notice the sign when I got out. I just politely asked why when the guy told me and he got all huffy and asked if I would take my own food to a restaurant.

if people are waiting i will just wash it pretty quickly, then pull it out of the bay to dry and wax... luckily there is SOME shade in the parking lot that i can use
