'92-'95 steering wheel radio controls question
Hi,
Looking for some information. I've got 2 Bonnevilles with steering wheel radio controls and each one has a problem. The '92 SSEi has a broken power button, (lower right) and the '95 SLE has a seek switch (middle left) with a missing top. I noticed that the remote buttons are light gray plastic in each car even though the '92 has brown interior and the '95 dark charcoal.
I'm thinking if I buy one used steering wheel maybe with the airbag blown or removed, I can score one complete set that I can use to fix both cars.
Are all these switches from '92 to '95 light gray in color?
Anybody out there have a set of steering wheel radio controls with some other broken buttons they want to get rid of?

Thanks, 1993 SLE, while we are on the subject, do you know why some SLE'* are badged and some not? The '95 I just bought shows the H4U RPO code in the trunk, has the silver alloys, leather interior, and black roofline trim, but no badges. Is it still legitimately an SLE?

randman1; I got squat - nothing for spares. :( But I can check my two local junkyards. You want the ones at the back of the console for the rear seating area? Can those steering wheel buttons be replaced individually? If they can, whadaya want for your seek button?

The buttons can be changed seperately although they appear to be difficult to remove while the airbag and switch assemblies are still attached to the wheel. It'* a snap to install, literally.
I just took a shot at you having the vents, no problem. Just PM me with your mailing address and I'll send it to you.
