no apology needed SIR we all have bad days. I am very sick at this time with pneumonia and I feel bad many days so do not worry all is fine, have a blessed day.

Have had the baffle in the muffler cause a "heat shield or tinny rattle" noise. Usually can duplicate on light brake torque and may lessen when exhaust gets hot or warmed up due to expansion. Just a thought and hope this is helpful.

Also if you hit the muffler with a soft faced hammer you might be able to duplicate it. The baffle is inside the muffler.

sounds like a great thing to check. Will look at and advise. My exhaust system is about one year old with new pipes and mufflers installed. Custom built with dual pipes from catalytic converter back.
