I like the Grand Prix, not the Monte Carlo.
Now, these are amazing...and never made EVER! GM wanted to sell them since the Beretta used to pace the Indy 500 was a vert. They never passed rear impact testing though, so GM gave the unfinished prototypes to car schools. Why is that awesome? MY STEP DADS SCHOOL HAS ONE!
I need to figure out a way to steal and/or buy it.

That GP convertible was a concept from GM and If I recall you could make one of those early 70'* monte convertibles with Chevelle droptop parts.

yeah i dont see why you couldnt bcuz a lot of the 1st gen montes i have seen are vinyl top anyway so it wouldnt look much different & it would be soooo BA! maybe that'll be one of the projects when i get older =)
