Ask them if they are in the national database. Not all are. When you find one that is and they find you what you need they will get it ti you within a few days if you like even sooner. $$

Not that I'm aware of . . . at least not for your van.
Answering the question thoroughly: Yes, for discontinued Chevrolet parts, like old Chevelle and Bel Air and C-10 and other classics. No, not for a middle-aged vanilla cargo van.

It just occurred to me: If you can find an RV junkyard with Class C motorhomes, they might have what you're looking for. Most of them have been Econolines over the last few decades, but if you can find an Express platform, it probably has electric windows and locks.
