you can test the iat or ect if you have a meter and check the resistance. iat would be ambient temp the ect you can put in some water with a thermometer.

This is what I replaced. You are looking at the drivers side towards the center of the engine.

if you check the iac against the chart, i dont know what else. you might have to find someone with a obd1 live data scanner. so you can see what the other sensors are doing

IAC, is idle air control...IAT is intake air temp....

Never liked these engines.....
