Default 2015 Impala stalling before crank. Blowing Fuse Block Plate.

My 2015 Impala 3.6 L V6 has been having issues with stalling before it cranks. It didn’t start before work, thought the starter went out. Changed the starter, still wouldn’t start. Starter was good. After checking everything including fuses and relays, figured out it blew the fuse block plate. Changed it. It cranked no problem. Starting to stall while cranking two days later. Within a week, car didn’t t start again,I changed it 2 twice now. Still stalling before crank. I had the alternator, battery and starter checked. Those are all good. Checked wires for any faults or corrosion. They all seem good. Any ideas?

I do apologize, I maybe using the incorrect term when saying stalling. It hesitates before it turns over. Which the hesitation seems to be shorting out the main fuse block plate.

(silence) = nothing
Turn over = rew rew rew rew or bip bip bip bip depending on how big the engine is
Crank = (also) rew rew rew rew or bip bip bip bip depending on how big the engine is
Fire = vroom
Start = (also) vroom
Stall = nothing

She is struggling to start. Eventually my main fuse block plate will blow out. What will cause this? My wires are good, same for the battery, alternator, and starter. Has anyone had this issue and can point me in the right direction.

Is it turning over very slowly or normally?

How old is the battery?

Did it run normally the last time that it ran?

She got a new battery in February. It was recommended after my replacement of the TCM. The past year I was having an issue with my TCM. I had to have it replaced three times before they finally came to the conclusion that the connector was bad so they finally replaced that and I didn’t have any issues until now. I just had the battery checked the other day just in case because we all know anything can be faulty. It checked out fine. Same for the starter and alternator. I wish I could post a video of her starting. It’* a slow start or small pause before she actually turns over to start.

Short video of starting, small pause before starting. Sometime she struggles a little longer to turnover. Hope this helps.

I don't hear or see any evidence that it is trying to start at all in that video.
