I suspect there is no rebuild kit for this.

ah ok and i was able to swap out a gear shift from my sisters car and i think mister transmission is wrong.. they said cables are not the issue
and i was thinking is that knuckle outside of the transmission wahtever you can it that the 2 cables hook up to
maybe you know what it is?
video 1 is my sisters car i took with my shifter in her car.. and it can shift into first and has a nicer shift
video 2 is my car you can see i struggle to shift it and move it side to side.. this is with her shifter in it
video 3 is her car again back to testing it more

Thanks!
Looks like a matter of combined strain to me. The mechanism in your shifter is probably more worn, and the cable and lever on your sister'* car probably provide less resistance.
Next step in my book would be to figure out where this is coming from: cable, levers, etc.

ah ok now since my sister dropped off her car as she has a a spare vehicle.. i back to testing alone
i know i had the cables unhooked before and it seems loose but would that be next step re test the cables?
and i read before i think pple cut that knuckle or whatever u call it where the 2 cables hook up to and put bolts in it as there is no wearable bushing and how do i test that ? and or can that part be replaced as i couldnt find it online googling
nore can you find anyone with a manual transmission it seems its only automatics.. not even a darn repair video all automatic
so since i swap my sisters lever hers worn too just not as bad as mine i guess.. and hers binds on mine that be cables or that knuckle outside right? as there is no adjustments on the shifter
also i looked at the shifter flipped it over there is nothing to it.. what parts can wear out? as my sister has a shirt shifter they call it but hers is metal where mine is plastic.. i did noticed my shfter ball shape drops lower. then hers.. but i really dont even know how it sits in there as u can see the ball under neather too

I believe the only way you're going to find individual parts for this assembly is going to be to get a new assembly and take the parts you want out . . . which defeats the point of swapping individual parts.
. . . and yes check for extra strain or drag in the cables and levers to see what is different.

ah ok ya apparently i had a 2nd opinion from another transmission place and they said its transmission they cant tell if its the linkage outside of the tranny
or if its the inside forks .. so thats frustrating for sure
and i cant tell 00-02 uses a certain engine 03-05 uses a ecotec engine
but are the trannys from 00-05 the same?
