So I tried pulling the gray wire out of MAP sensor plug and it broke. I tried fixing the plug, but couldn't. I went to the ECM and hoped I found the right one. I tried pulling it through the firewall and that wire broke. I got some bullet connectors and a long wire (that was the closest gauge as the original). I wired that up to a trailer plug that I was going to use on my MAP sensor. Well, the plug didn't want to stay in the MAP sensor. Since I'm not using my truck, I went and cut the MAP plug from it. Used that plug and wired the TPS gray wire to the MAP sensor'* gray wire like the diagram.
Now, it runs great. No missing, no rich smell, and MAP and TPS are working like the should. Downside, the car is idling at 1450 RPMs. Idle Speed Controller is clicking when you turn on or off the car. At 1450 RPM, MAP sensor is reading 4.4 volts(should be at 5 volts at idle 650 RPM) so that should be ok. The TPS at that RPM is .50 volts. I'm thinking I should turn it up since it should be at voltage when it is at 650 RPM.

I set my TPS with the throttle WOT. I set it at 4.60 volts. Now, the TPS is at .5 volts at 650 RPM and the ISC isn't clicking like crazy anymore. The car drove fine, sounded fine, my gas mileage is back, and is running stronger than before. Also no SES light.
Strange problem now is my Pioneer headunit controls aren't working like they should, like some of the buttons changed positions.
Oh well, at least the car runs and drive great again.
