The ECU was tuned by Intense Racing specifically for L36 Harness and L67 motor.

Do you think you will say the same thing when it comes to swapping out the AWD trans in the Subaru vs a FWD 4T65-E?
Yes, done it a few times. This monte has an auto trans. I cant stand those things, MT'* are way easier to work with.

Now does anyone know of a 12V source that is switched on when the motor is cranked(Preferably in the engine bay and easy to get to)? I have to tie into one for the Boost Bypass Valve . If not ill get my Ohm Meter out and start searching.

Last I knew, the bypass valve is normally closed. PCM opens it when it sees too much of something or it starts to see misfire.

Taken directly from Intense'* website, under the product description for the Boost Bypass Valve Harness...

"Note: The blue wire with a pin on the end goes to pin 77 on the clear connector. The pink bare wire goes to any switched 12v source."

That is correct. The PCM grounds the blue wire closing the circuit thusly either opening the valve or closing it. I forget which it does. Not the boost valve, but the valve that is controlled by the PCM. Either way, you are going to have to find schematics to find something in the engine bay that is switched 12v.
