If you can do a V8 I see no reason why you can't do a V6. That makes no sense.

I haven't seen one. It'* not much different due to two less cylinders:
- Support engine, transmission, vehicle, and block tires
- Disconnect battery
- Remove the hood, body braces, etc.
- Disconnect hoses, wires, etc.
- Disconnect intake, exhaust, etc.
- Unbolt flex plate from torque converter
- Disconnect motor mounts
- Remove bell housing bolts
- Lift engine out
Reverse to reinstall. Should work pretty well on just about any production automobile, light truck, medium duty truck, or heavy duty truck engine from 1 to 16 cylinders, except the Porsche Boxster which has no hood.

I will point out that there is only 1 motor mount under the front of the engine, assuming the transaxle is not being removed. Very different from a conventional V8.
What happened to your 3300? They generally outlast the car.

the car was parked for over 16 years but when my gf bought it it didnt take long for it to develop a bad rod knock and i ended up picking up a used good motor for it

Be aware that the '93 has some differences (improvements) over earlier 3300 engines. The CPS and TPS are fixed position and don't require adjustments like the older engines. The harmonic balancer and ICM are also unique. Oddly, the ECM / ECU is the same for all engines, though the MEMCAL can be different.
