We took the pin out and pried it. It won't release.the line even start to bend from the pressure. I'm at a total loss. I might have to just take it in to a shop

OK, you removed the metal horse shoe shaped clip from the fitting, and it wouldn't pull out, so you unscrewed the fitting..........that tells me you can rotate the fitting around the around the line.......should take no more than minimal effort to twist and pull that line off....

That'* what I thought but that is not the case. I am reassembling it today and taking it to my local shop. If they are able to tell me I will let you know
