I think ill get a voltometer soon if i can find a cheep one to check the wireing .. what can i do untill them

Put an OEM senor in it. Until you do that you could chase your tail a long time.

Someone correct me, don't these V6'* have a magnet in the cam gear that passes the sensor. Sometimes they fall out.
If this is the case, remove the sensor, have someone bar the engine over while looking in the hole where the sensor goes, watch for the little button to go by.

I don't but unless you can verify it I just assume so. I have seen to many aftermarket sensors bad out of the box. I've seen OEM bad out of the box but not near as much.
I believe the magnet is in the end of the sensor probe. The 'trigger wheel' passes the end of the sensor probe.
