Not Quite a 3800, but close...
i was wondering if anybody knew anything about the buick 3300 engine. i never even knew such a thing existed until tonight and i am intrigued by it. info would be appreciated... is there any websites that have info about it other than wikipedia?

My only real knowledge of them is there are alot of them in the wrecking yard I frequent. Most with all the engine parts torn off them. Cant be good.

i think its more like a 3.1 liter as far as horsepower and torque and i only seen this motor in the buick century from the late 80'* to the early 90'*

Ya, it came out in 89-93. I went over and read wiki'* account of it. You cant always believe wiki. It is not a 3800 block. It does use center bores like the 3800, but it had two versions of itself and they messed around with alot of different cranks, cams, and heads in it'* short life span. Found a nice write up about it here..
