My Park Avenue is idling at 2500 rpms in park.

If not that, also check for vacuum leaks. Also, make sure that the throttle blade is actually closed at idle (I know of one situation where an old misplaced headlight bulb had wedged itself in the throttle cable/linkage somewhere, and was not allowing it to close fully).

A vacume leak will make this car run like totall crapp and possibly stall it out...
Idling at 2000 rpms, makes me think the TPS is dead... Do what Lake said.... Check both the TPS and the wiring...

Yes that is voltage at idle. I replaced some vaccum lines and it helped now the car cold starts at 1300 rpm as it warms climbs to 2000 rpmin park.
