97 lesabre now idles but is very high. How do I adjust the idle so it might run normal? It’* too late and noises to let it idle for long at all. Do I need to reset the computer? New aic. Mass air flow? (It got stolen from inside my locked car) great security officers where I live). Suggestions?
it’* a new used throttle body.

Not adjustable. First check that the plumbing is solid from the MAF to the intake. If OK, Spray carb cleaner or use propane and go around the intake and see where it'* sucking.

High 3000 up to 4000 rpm.
I did have it dialed in after resetting by running it with my foot on brake in drive 2 mins then neutral 2 mins then drive 2 mins. It idled fine after that. I shut the engine off and went inside for dinner. Next time I started it it revels up again so I tried to reset it the same way……didn’t work, still high rev. I repeated the process a sew more times to no positive results.
Suggestions and comments are welcomed.

I'm amazed that the transmission has put up with this. It'* probably damaged now. The engine might have some internal damage as well due to starting and immediately revving to 3,000-4,000RPM over and over.
This isn't really a "high-idle" situation like normal where the engine idles at like 1,500RPM during warm-up or because of a large vacuum leak. It sounds like you have something holding the throttle open. You shouldn't start it any more until you can figure out what is causing this.
"It'* too late and noiseY" ?
"It'* too late and there are other noises" ?
. . . or some other thing?
What do you mean here?
The computer is not causing this. The computer appears to be working fine. The computer can not cause more than about 1,800RPM on its own on an otherwise-properly operating engine.
No need randomly naming off parts. This is not going to cause your issue to be diagnosed properly or quickly. From what I can tell, replacing both of these would leave you with the same problem.
What got stolen from inside your locked car? A mass air flow sensor?
If "yes", why did you have a new MAF sensor in your locked car. Was there an issue diagnosed on the old one?
New or used? Are you saying you have a new throttle body? . . . or a new-to-you throttle body that was used before you came into possession of it?
1. Don't start it again, let alone slam it into gear, until you can find the cause of the uncontrolled revving. This isn't a lawnmower, it'* not designed for abuse like you described.
2. Tell us the whole story. The car is revving 3,000-4,000RPM as of June 6th . . . but you've replaced the throttle body with a used one? . . . and you had a new MAF sensor? Why? Was it revving like this before the throttle body replacement? Did it start revving like this after installing the used throttle body? Did someone diagnose a bad MAF sensor? On June 5th was it running okay?
3. Give us some backstory:
How many miles on the car?
How many miles have you owned it?
Has it had any recent trauma such as collisions or major repairs?
Does this vehicle have any modifications or is it factory stock?
From the other side of the Internet, we can only diagnose based on what you tell us. Being clear and complete in what you tell us helps us help you.
