Coil pack curiosity

So I have a '95 Buick Lesabre Limited (3.8 V6) and I discovered when I replaced the spark plugs/wired (and about 90% sure I replaced the coil pack also, just can't remember for sure at the moment), that at least one or two of the 3 coil packs only had ONE bolt securing them to the engine instead of both bolts as its supposed to be. And a few hours ago as I was browsing the internet for replacement bolts for them, the thought of how that may effect the performance of the engine as well as what potential damages it may cause. So my question is, how could the missing bolts effect the performance? As well as the potential damage. Also, after I put the car in Drive and and go to press the gas, when I "Big Toe" the pedal, the engine kind of hesitates/sputters a bit..but when I actually press the gas pedal instead of the "big toe" it does fine. I'm really curious if this may have something to do with lack of contact with the coil pack due to missing bolts. I'm really hoping somebody could fill me in in this (assuming all this makes sense how I typed it up 😅![Wink](https://www.gmforum.com/gm/images/smilies/wink.gif)
**DISCLAIMER** My buick definately isn't in tip-top shape, but she aint no ****box neither 😉

The coils are mounted on the ICM and the ground is the plate on the bottom. With a missing bolt it could be a problem but it don't sound like it in your case.

There is only 1 bolt on each pack. small hex head.
Then if its still issues, something else is at play
