And verify that you have the correct distributor in place. If the distributor'* grooves aren't located properly, they won't line up with the oil passages in the block.

The oil that comes to the right bank is very little, other side is just fine. Tomorrow i will get on it..

Do we have oiling issue? About two mins of run time and no oil on the camchain? Where this gets its oil?
i had to remove the timing cover because of the coolant leak. Tore the ******* oil pan seal also.....

I did a little research online and came to conclusion that this is not the case. Distributor is driver from the front of the camshaft, and the oilpump is driven by the distributor. Only place where the distributor touches the timing cover is the hole where it sits. No oil holes there. But i will check this anyway.

Ok so i fixed the coolant leak and started to put the front end back together. Sheet metal rattles a little bit on this video, does not come from the engine. We let the engine run till it was hot and no issues at this point. Maybe it takes a little time before the oil gets to the right valvetrain. I will check this to make sure.

Ok, first test drive was succesful. I had an USA V8 expert to take a look at this thing and he gave green light to drive. He has done some work to this engine. He told that the acceleration pump is not working because the carb is garbage.
Need to find reasonable priced edelbrock carb that fits this engine..
