Default Broken fuel rail stud on LIM

I have a broken fuel rail stud on my LIM. Are these replaceable. If so what is the best method and does anyone know the part number for the replacement stud?

Year?

Make?

Model?

Engine?

Maybe this is the Lucerne in your profile, but is important to be sure before dispensing advice.

How did it break?

Is there some of the stud still there? It should come out fairly easy if you can get a vise grip on it. If not tack if.
