I really can't tell ya if it comes out easy after removing all screws because mine suddenly broke loose when the screw broke. Try prying downward on the cover at the fire wall by the two heater core holes.

I remember that i used a razor blade to cut around the cover where it met the firewall. There is foam at the firewall and i was thinking that the cover was glued yo the foam. I am unsure if it was.
Try that if prying down does not work.
I definitely think you have to pry downward on the cover near where it meets the firewall with the door panel remover tool or screw driver to get it off. The angled door panel remover definitely will work better.

are u sure its not the evaportor drain is just plugged?

I pulled it out .
Now I can see the leak from the heater core .
this week I bought a new one and install it .
to reconnect and connect the heater core , it'* difficult job ?

Putting in the new heater core is not difficult, but getting it back in with that square rubber thing in place in your last picture could be tricky.
Did you rip your carpet at all? I ripped mine a little, also I folder mine back at both sides.
