thanks for updating the fix seems most dont and that is bad for future people searching

check your fuel pump resistor there is a plug behind the right headlight. the resistor is mounted under the win-washer tank. unplug it and test the ohms to it . if its open its burnt out. buicks secret is not on any diagram
