Sorry to everyone. The most recent previous post got put in the wrong place. It should have been here.
The only problem is with the upper end of the steering column. I am trying to see where to get the sector gear, the rack gear, and the spring.
Again, I'm not sure how the question got in the wrong place, but it did. Sorry.
