Temporary Fix for Shaft noise
Raise The Front Wheels off the ground. With the wheels hanging turn the steering wheel fully to the left and right about 10.
I believe this redistributes the grease and stops the noise and firms up the steering. I have done this twice. The first time lasted about 6 months. I have 49000 miles on my 04 GXP. Have had the fog lamp problem in the past and a coolant leak. Both Fixed under Warranty.

freund, That actually sounds like it would redistibute the grease that is obvously falling away fro the knuckle. When the weather turns again i am going to try it with my front air struts raised all the way up and hanging.. This summer I want to get a grease zerk in there somewhere.
