Attn: Jim, or any Trouble Code Man for Aurora
My dads car keeps saying code 35, without actually saying that the code is. I looked up GM trouble codes, and 35 is
"35 Idle Air Control (IAC) system problem - can not set desired RPM "
Is this true? My dads car also makes huge clunking sounds and rough R-N-D shifts. Do you have any idea with the problem there? Good news is on the highway at 110 km/h hes getting around 28-30 mpg. Anyways, Merry Christmas all, thanks again.

that seems to be the right code, since hes had idle stalling problems. You dont need to get pulled, its through Driver Information Center. you just look up GM Trouble codes on the net.
