Well the front wheel hub has been changed out. It turned out to be quite a job really. The hub was really stuck onto the half shaft. Took a torch and a lot of heat to get it off but it finally came. Other than that the job wasn't bad. Thanks for all the help!

Hey Boilerdeez77, I changed both of mine earlier this year and found the job to be really easy. I went to a local Murray'* and rented the hub puller. They didn't charge me to use it, just a security deposit to ensure they get it back. After changing mine, I had less vibration and no more clunking. I have a torque wrench, so I had everything I needed. The shaft bolt on the drivers side wasn't even tight and came off without even using the socket. I'm glad I did them both so I won't have to deal with that again for many years.

I just replaced both front wheel bearings on my 05. 1 was shot, the other was about ready - 46K miles. Appears to be a common problem. Also had issues with my 02 SLE and SSEi.
