Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

this is why rear fill is a bad thing

Hooray to B&W!! I have a set of 802'* and they are indeed awesome (although I don't have the Nautilus set, just the Matrix series). They are about 7 years old and while I would die to have a newer set, these sound damn good. I am also running Krell electronics Ridiculously overpriced but I'll probably never have to buy any more equipment for 20 years.

As far as rear fill goes, I have always preferred rear fill in a car. Of course it depends upon the car and the evnironment and speaker location within the car. Car stereo is a very tricky environment and it takes gobs of money to make it sound good.

The 600 series are nothing to shake a stick at. Many people know nothing about the B&W name, so thats awesome you are 'in the know'

Good to know that there are still other young folk out there that actually know what real audio reproduction gear is, rather than most of the other hotshots that'll say something along the lines of "yo, check out my slammin' Sony system I got from Best Buy!" More often than not, that "slammin' system" is one of those mini-bookshelf stereos. Please.
