beyond that it really won't matter too much. I've been looking at putting one in our Bonneville, and I was figuring that I'd tuck it up close to the rear of thr back seat on one side more than likely, to allow me to keep as much of the trunk space open as possible. Guess it would depend on your box size, too, to some degree.
I was going to try putting the speaker box on one side of the pass-thru, and building sa small amp rack on the opposite side.

there are a lot of amp idea out there if you search for them (on this forum alone)
