I want to replace the cassette deck original stereo with a newer oem cd player, where is a good place to find one and anything special I should now about for installing it? Thanks

Yea, stay away from 2000+. They won't work without the Databus. The radios are VIN specific. Meaning, if you take a radio out of 2001 and put it into even another 2001, it won't work because the VIN # programmed into the PCM will not match the VIN programmed into the radio. It'* part of ant-theft.
You can have the dealer reprogram it if need be. I don't know about going from 2000+ to 1999 and below.
