Ok, only thing I'm not sure on is how to wire up the speakers. No documetnation came with the speakers except what was on the box. I don't think I can wire cap the wires onto the speakers although I would prefer it. I am gonna check Pioneers site for info. Anything you guys could tell me would be appreciated.
EDIT: Also no wires or anything came with it, that'* how I got it knocked down by $20.

Ok, so I started fabrication on the mount, it is coming along very well. I am still not sure how to wire them up. I was looking and should I just solder the wires in the same spots on the new speakers as on the old? Also is there anyway to detach the plug for the speaker wire to the speaker so I could do the soldering outside of the car?

Well, I decided to just wire 'em up how I thought they should go...it worked. They sound awesome esp. compared to the OE ones. I even heard bass from them when testing them. These ones have much better output too, you can actually hear them upfront. I am very pleased with it, and the bass ports work too, thanks guys. I will be posting pictures of how I mounted them, I used the original mounts.
