The bass was much louder with the stock setup than it is now with the aftermarket deck. I don't even have the subs in the car anymore as the deck has given my 6x9'* the ability to produce the bass that i crave without draining my alternator.

Best investment into a car audio system is to get a good deck, at least 20 watts RMS and 50 max (x 4 of course) and get a good set of speakers up front and in the rear deck, something like Infinity'* which are well known for their superior quality to nearly every other brand out there. I have had my Infinity'* for over 3 years now and have played heavy bass on them everyday and they are still like new and sound incredible. I get asked if i have subs when ever someone knew gets in the car! I love it.
yes I second a aftermarket deck, I used to have the performance sound speakers and people asked me where the subs were, I have said this before and I will say it again, GM sound system is the best stock you can get out there.

let´* play with the crazy idéa, what would happen if i twined the 2+ togheter and the 2- together, and used in the aftermarket speakers.

What would happen?

Twisting the 2 pairs of wires together is a VERY BAD idea. You will be shorting the rear channels and the Gain channels together. They are not meant to be hooked up like this. Another member had his system hooked up like that by best buy of something and it sounded like crap.
