Anyone put a sub in the rear deck between the 6x9s?
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone on here has ever put a sub in the rear deck between the 6x9s?
This way, you would not lose any trunk space, and a single 10" or 12" would fit perfectly between the two 6x9s - and you would get better "sound" and not have to turn it up as loud with the sub being inside the car and not in the trunk.
Anyone?
Thanks as always!

There'* a guy who'* deck is already cut and his sub is out of a newer GM Caddy.
C'mon forward 1993 SLE. Show yourself. We know you got test fit pics.
(See the thing is with Pat that he has sooo many things in the planning and other stages that we never get to see them until it'* finished).

Ok, for me, I think this is the best way to go...
An 8" 250 Watt Rms/500 Watt Peak Polk MM sub will fit nicely between the two 6x9 speakers in the rear deck - and will give me just enough low end bass that I am looking for - I think
That way, my trunk will be free, and I will be getting a better sound - since the sub will be inside the car - and not in the trunk....
Would really like to know and see pics of what the others did!
