Default Water!

Hey guys, I have a problem once again! :( On the driver side floor near the door the carpet is wet and under my mat. Now I didn't have a water bottle spill in there or anything. Anyone have any ideas on were the water is coming in from? I'll post pics later, running late for class.

You could have a problem with the sealing for the water deflector in the door, which directs water back inside the door instead of the car. Ddalder has a great write up on it.

Does it look like crap? Can you take a pic of it? and where did you get the trim?

Also I will be looking in my door panel as soon as I get the proper tools. Where can I buy them from?

If you're careful, you can pop the clips out with a screwdriver or putty knife without doing any damage.

The water deflector is sealed up pretty darn good. I took off my panel and was looking at the deflector and it was all in tact everywere didn't see any openings..Also its not on the side its just the bottom part of the carpet that is wet...any other ideas?

It could be that the sunroof drain tube disconnected behind the E-Brake pedal assembly. See Herofreaks post http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...=article&k=116
I just fixed mine using his post out of techinfo. The bottom tube was hard to retrieve for me. I had to use an inspector'* mirror to find it and still somehow my hand got scratched up pretty good.

How I knew it was from the drain right away was I pulled the carpet back...opened the sunroof and poured water in the drain tube at the driver'* side front, it immediately came out on the floor board.

Is it wet in the front and rear?
