Use ramps. You need weight ON wheels to do this. A jack would be handy only to lift the control arm a bit during assembly.

Hmmm. Well I used jack stands but it is important to jack both sides evenly. You want to have both wheels in the same position so the bar is not under stress.
I removed both links first before installing the new ones.

Bill, notice that I taped the spring spacers in place so they don't move now.

I am sooo impressed now with the handling since replacing these bushings that I don't see the need to upsize my swaybar. Cornering is much flatter and firmer. One of the best suspension mods.

I have to get on the wagon here too, and change mine out along with the rest of my remaining OEM suspension.
Your car looks good for a 2007?

Did anyone else notice that their rear sway bar is HOLLOW? i replaced my rear with a Saner sway bar (still need to do the front end and install the poly end links) and when i took the stock one off it was as light as a feather.

The rear bar is hollow?!
That is surprising. I didn't think so because it is so small and if you bang it with a hammer it sounds solid. :? ....not the hollow sound the front one makes.

I searched the Saner site but they don't list a bar for Bonnes. I tried asking them but they didn't reply.
I don't know about the bar bushings.
