Service Engine Soon!!!???!?!?!
hey guys, on the way to church this morning the engine light came on. Didn't notice any noise or roughness... the manual said if the light is on constantly its emissions. would this be the o2 sensor? is there a way i can find the code- like turning the ignition 3 times kinda thing? If it is the o2, is that tough to change?
thanks!
jeff
thanks!

Your car will require a scantool to get codes. Try an autozone or a place like that. They frequently will scan a car for free and let you know the codes.
And, signatures are limited to 10 lines of text without a pic, 5 with a pic. Including empty lines. Please shorten yours.

anyway, thanks for the help guys- i did learn that the parts stores check codes for free, so that was valuable.

Hang in a second..
Because the parts monkey'* say it'* a typical gas cap related doesn't mean that'* always the fix. They do see a lot of them and it'* the usual fix.
If the light comes back.. check the sealing area and possibly other items in the system.
