Greetings and thank you to all that have leant your experiences. I've decided to lower the eng/trans/subframe as one unit, keep the passenger B-joint intact (as lowering the aforementioned unit doesn't appear to have any negative effect on the rack), and the upper strut mounts in place. I have concerns about the front brake lines, as those hoses are not too long ! Hopefully the unit'* descent will allow me to clear the driver'* inner fender and remove the pan. Too bad this wasn't May and not nearly November, as I have come this far and i would have removed the tranny to be rebuilt. I will attempt the descent in about a week, and may have a few lingering questions to calm my apprehensions in this project. I'll check back before, during, or after the horror commences.
