A intercooler is a good idea, even if just a SSIC. Those are about $600 new, less if your lucky and find a used one. Yes, it will fit under a stock hood but you will need injector spacers or modified fuel rails.

The Stock intake will work, but anytime you make mods to your exhaust you should upgrade your intake. Modding is about balance. Your exhaust mods will make it easier for you car to exhale, why wouldn't you wanna help it inhale easier to? Like i said the stock will work, but an aftermarket will help you utilize full potential of other mods.
