Lugnut, I've got electrical gremlins alright, just not those ones.
The battery has been disconnected and reconnected several times, and the voltage is very good, both when starting and running.
After the last time I ripped the car apart, the door locks were working intermittently, but are now dead again. Also on the way in to work the next day I heard a whistling from the front passenger window and was able to roll it down and up again when I got to work. When I left work that night and ever since, no longer working. AAARRRGGGG.

Update!
Finally gave up and made the appoinment at the local dealership to have the power functions checked out.
2.3 hrs later and replacement splice kit = $245 and everything'* working again.
They said there was a problem under the driver'* seat. I haven't yet checked it out myself.
I still have a small water leak I need to sniff out before I reinstall the carpets. Hopefully I'll see what they repaired when I put everything back.
