Intake gaskets
What three other gaskets do i need to do intake gaskets. Are they the 2 VC gaskets and the TB housing one. And can anyone let me know what else I will need, if they maybe came across it at one time or another. Also i bought the GM gaskets part # 89017816 is that what I should have bought or is there something better.

You can remove the LIM complete with the UIM & TB so you don't need to replace the UIM or TB gaskets.....,,but you know you should.
The LIM to heads gasket consist of 4 pieces including the side rails.
The aluminum backed HD set is GM# 89017825 Made in Mexico.

The part number Silverbullet posted is the same one the I received when I purchased the new aluminum lower gaskets. The number you have posted is the original part number for it. By looking at them, I could see no difference between them.
You'll need the UIM gasket, as you'll have to remove that to get at two bolts that are under it for the LIM. While things are apart, may as well pull the TB and give it a good scrubbing, along with cleaning the MAF and IAC. So, get that gasket also. It'* a lot easier to replace the valve cover gaskets while it'* torn down, so you may as well do those. Pick up some injector O-rings, too.

That indeed has been one of the questions. Here'* a thread that gets into that discussion, but by all indications, both work just fine.
