HeatFan= loud rumble, gets louder when placed on recirculate

That'* why we suggested looking in with a flashlight with filter out. Several people have found stuff in there. After your post I went out and took the cabin filter out of mine just to check for junk in the impeller for the blower. Nothing there.

Hope that helps your noise and airflow problems.

You can put in a filter even if the frame for it is not there. Both frame and filters are available.
