Default Fuel Pressure Regulator Recall

I always was under the impression that the 00+ L36s didnt apply to the fuel pressure regulator recall.. however, i got a recall notice in the mail today.. so everyone might want to check up on this so your UIM doesnt blow to pieces some day when its hard to start...

Default What recall?

Guys and Gals,

What recall are you talking about? I have never gotten anything about a recall ever on my car and I have a 2001 SSEi. Is there something I should know about? My car isn't under warranty anymore either.

Thanks for your help,
Jason

Jason..call Pontiac and ask them to check and see if you have any outstanding recalls. You will need your vin# and a few minutes of time.

I did this when I first bought the 95. Easy and free.

http://www.automotive.com/used-cars/...ac/bonneville/

or you can call Pontiac 1-800-620-7668.
with your Vin # and see if it was done before you bought it.
assuming you bought it used.
