FLOOD update w/ pics...
Thanks everyone for your advice from the other post. I just spent the last hour investigation the leak. After several gallons of water I found the exact spot where the water is entering the cabin.
The water comes in exactly where those two pieces of plastic intersect (sorry, not sure what the terminology is, possibly the "sill."?)
Here is a closer view, does this help me determine exactly what needs to be replaced? At least now I know its not the sunroof. Thanks guys.

Like I said, remove the interior trim panel from the door. Inspect the water deflector and the butyl seal. There is no other way to get around this. Will post instructions for panel removal when needed and what/where to look once panel is removed. Check out the sticky (common problems 00+) that Boosty advised also.

Saphire.. we can't post the same thing over and over. The other thread that isn't locked is a good place to continue the post.

Requesting lock on the triple post.
Once again, this is most likely the door panel seal or the butyl rubber seal. Continually posting tends to clutter up the database with incomplete threads. This makes it tougher for new people to search.
