Only thing I heard was I thought they didn't have the same positioning. Therefore if it mated up..it would be in the wrong position for the catalytic flange.

The flange of the GP dowpipe/cat is like 6 inch further to the back of the car.
It mean the flange come in the middle of a stock bonneville SSEi cat.
It need to be custom fit, like the SLP headers kit for GP.
