Did a LIM/UIM and 20 miles later have a Cylinder 4 Misfire
Just got the car back together and running last night after doing a lower intake manifold gasket on my 2000 SSEi. Everything was doing good last night for my test drive and even on my drive to work. Leaving work, SES light came on, and it felt like the car was surging, but still running ok. Put it on a scanner, and it came up as a cylinder #4 misfire. Got home and pulled the spark plug and it looked ok. I even swapped the plug with one from the front #3 or #5. Still doing it, got a different wire and tried it on cylinder #3, #4, #5 and still doing it. Almost feels like it'* not surging upon initial start up, but starts a couple seconds later, I had pulled the wire off the coil while it was running, and it'* sparking. I'm not sure where to go now and don't want to take it to a shop.
Looked back in the owner'* manual and a previous owner had replaced the spark plugs and wires about 2 years ago, less than 30000 miles ago.
Anyone have any ideas?

without a wire on the coil, the coil is arcing away. I just went out and looked and cylinder 6 wire was very close to the o2, but not touching. I moved it away and it felt like the car was no longer shuttering at idle. I don't have a away to reset the light tho. I tried battery discount, but maybe have never waited long enough. I'll reset it at work tomorrow.
At the same time, with it saying cylinder 4 misfire tho, why would #6 wire being near the o2 be related?

Did you replace the injector o-rings? The reason why I ask is because the injectors tips are really brittle and easy to crack when removing the old o-rings (trust me, ive done it). If the injector tip is cracked then it could cause a misfire on one cylinder

Yes I replaced the injector o-rings. After moving #6 wire away from the o2, upon driving to work today, it did surge when at stop signs/lights. I'm gonna clear the code and see if it comes back

Problem solved! Cleared the cylinder #4 misfire code. Listening under the hood and could hear a vacuum leak. Looked around and discovered the o-ring on injector #4 was torn. I noticed when I pulled the injectors off, that injector actually was missing half of the plastic lower ring that sits against the o-ring.
