Dash Warning Lights Stay On / Low Oil Level
We've been hit with some pretty cold temps here in Mid-MO the past month or so and every once in a while, every warning light on my DIC will stay on for a few minutes after I start the car of a morning.
The one that really has been bugging me is the low oil level light that started coming on and greeting me every couple of weeks before I would start the car up. Came on once only 400 miles after an oil change about two weeks ago and has come on a couple of times since then. Oil level appears fine. About half-way up the cross-hatched area. I don't know if it even hits the top of the cross-hatched area immediately after an oil change to be honest with you. It'* possible that it'* burning a little bit of oil but I hope not too much with only 28K miles. I'm just wondering at what level the low oil light would come on if it were working properly.
Anyone else ever get these issues?

Engine oil level low is a non latching type warning & does not require reset. Either the engine oil level switch is defective, or the grounded side of the switch is at high resistance. One quick way to check operation, next time the engine oil level low warning comes on, disconnect the electrical connector at switch (front side of oil pan) then jumper pin A to ground. This should clear the warning off the DIC. If it does not clear, then the level switch is defective. If it does clear, then check continuity from pin B to ground, it should indicate close to zero ohms, < 1 ohm.

I have that same problem on my 2000, I swapped in a cluster to fix the issue but now I have the old cluster in until I figure out how to reprogram the miles on the new cluster.
I dont have the low oil level problem, just all the warning lights and when I change gears the PRND21 light stays in park even when in drive. several minutes later it may go back to normal, sometimes it does not, clearly I have a defective cluster since a known good worked just fine.
as mentioned this may or may not be related, the message on the dic may indicate you have have a failed oil level sensor or a bad connection.
