I forgot to put up the picture, oops. Anyways, there are 4 clips at the top of the cushion that clip into the metal inder the rear deck. If you pull the seat away from the rear deck enough to get a flat screwdriver in, you should be able to press the clips with the screwdriver and release them. I have a picture of what the deck looks like so you would know where the clips are, just a matter of pestering me when I'm at home for them.

I circled the three visible clip holes, there is one more just out of view on the left. The clips need to be depressed with a flat screw driver, and I think Sawgunner said he used a pair of long needle nose pliers? Just be careful, those clips are expensive!

There are also two bolts holding in the seat/seatbelts on the bottom, that you will be able to figure out though. The clips are the hard part.

Yeah for mine I just pulled the top of the seat towards the front of the car enough to get a flathead down there and just push down on the clips enough to release them. It'* not hard once you figure out how to do it.
